Property damage assessment is an art, not a science, and is therefore largely a judgement call. Ken uses a variety of strategies to help ensure that the judgement falls in the favor of those he represents. Public Adjusters typically recover a settlement 25% - 45% greater than claims settled without representation. Ken delivers on this by understanding construction components, having the ability to legally negotiate more line items into a settlement and to submit supplements for additional materials.

Kevin P. Cote
Florida Public Adjuster
Kevin offers 13+ years of experience in the claim processing field - handling residential and small commercial claims for both Catastrophe and Daily Assignments. He is widely experienced in dealing with the insurance carriers and very well respected within the industry. In addition to being a successful negotiator, one of his strongest assets is his excellent customer service. He develops relationships with his clients and keeps them up to date on the various stages of their claim.
Kevin has 11+ years of experience as a Self Employed Florida Contractor, providing service in the residential/commercial/new construction/remodel market. His background as a contractor gives him an advantage in identifying the cause of damage and correctly returning his clients to a pre-loss condition.
